The mission of Darul Uloom Austin is to seek the pleasure of Allah by preparing our youth to become Hafiz-ul-Qur’an and in future, Muslim scholars, who would become the flag bearers of Islam and achieve success in this life and the hereafter. We endeavor to provide the necessary environment, education and upbringing to each student.

Our classes are conducted by highly qualified and experienced teachers. Alhamdulillah, since our inception in 2007, 10 students have completed memorization of the Holy Qur’an. These students have been leading Taraweeh during the Ramadan. Several more students are poised to graduate within a year. We offer full-time Quran Hifz classes for boys. We also offer part-time and Summer intensive Hifz program for boys and girls. DUA programs are not licensed by DFPS.

Hifz Programs

Full-time Quran Hifz Program

Darul Uloom Austin (DUA) is enrolling full-time students for the Quran Hifz classes. We have limited seats, therefore, enroll your children now to ensure a seat.

Location: NAMCC Prayer Hall, 11900 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753

Age Limit: Boys 7 to 15

Class Hours: Mon-Thurs 8 am to 2 pm, Fri 8 am to 12 pm, Sat: 8 am to 2 pm

Fees: 1 child $250/month, 2 children $225/month per child, 3 or more children $200/month per child (scholarship available for qualifying students)

Part-time Quran Hifz Program (Boys)

Darul Uloom Austin (DUA) is enrolling students for the boys part-time Quran Hifz class. This class is geared toward students who are attending full-time school. These students learn Tajweed and memorize the Qur’an. We have limited seats, therefore, enroll your children now to ensure a seat.

Location: NAMCC Portable Classroom, 11900 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753

Age Limit: 7 to 15

Class Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 2 pm

Fees: 1 child $100/month, 2 or more children $75/month per child (scholarship available for qualifying students)

Quran Hifz Program for Summer 2016

Darul Uloom Austin (DUA) is pleased to announce enrollment for the Quran Hifz classes for Summer 2016. This 10-week intensive course is geared toward memorizing the Holy Qur’an.

We have limited seats; therefore, enroll your children now to ensure a seat.

Program duration: June 6th to August 12th
Class hours: Mon-Fri: 8 am – 12:00 pm
Location: NAMCC Prayer Hall, 11900 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753
Age limit: Boys and girls 7 to 16
Registration deadline: June 4, 2016
Fees for complete Summer session: 1st Child – $300 (Full Summer) 2nd Child and after- $200 (Full Summer) Max per family – $800 (Full Summer)Financial assistance is available for students who qualify. Please indicate the need of financial assistance in the application.

Home Schooling

Austin Peace Academy offers a home schooling program for DUA students. There is a one time registration fee of $100.00, book fee of $175.00 and fees for standardized tests. There are two tracks for this program.

  1. Self-study: In this track, students pick up package (home work, study materials, etc) every week from the school office and turn them in for review by the teacher. No other assistance is provided by the class teacher. There is no monthly fee for this track.
  2. Assisted-study: In this track, students set up slots of time with the class teacher, pick up individualized package (home work, study materials, etc) every week and turn them in for review by the teacher. There is a monthly fee of $175.00 for this track.

Renaissance Education Foundation also offers a home schooling program for DUA students. This program requires minimum 6 students. Students must attend classes at REF 3 days a week for 2 hours a day. There is a registration fee of $50.00 and monthly fee of $90.00.
